Very jealous of the Duke of Desborough's prize race horse "Clipstone," Major Roland Mostyn schemes to destroy his rival and thus obtain possession of the animal. After framing the duke's wife Muriel in a false adultery suit which results in divorce, Mostyn ruins the young duke at cards, thus forcing him to auction his horse in order to pay his debts. Muriel, heartbroken by the separation, persuades her old friend Captain Streatfield to purchase the horse and enter him in the derby. Mostyn bets all his money on his horse and attempts to fix the race but his plot is discovered and Clipstone wins the contest. After Muriel's innocence is proven, Mostyn's villainy towards the duke is finally stopped and the couple is happily reunited.

After the failed insurrection of 1916, revolutionary Ireland reorganized and devised new tactics that would eventually lead to the country's independence. Such important figures as Michael Collins and Éamon de Valera emerged on the world media stage as leaders of the Irish revolutionary struggle, facing British political heavyweights such as Winston Churchill and Lloyd George. The tactics, both in guerrilla warfare and in radicalizing the Irish population, would eventually force a British withdrawal and a treaty leading to an independent Irish state.

The Irish Rovers was formed by Will Millar, who was living Calgary, Alberta. He brought his brother George Millar & his friend Jim Ferguson from Toronto in 1963; which began the inception of the band. Both boys haled from Ireland. After working successfully in California, where they introduced the song 'the Unicorn', the team returned, eventually to Canada where they began a variety show of Irish folk songs. George's cousin, Joe Millar emigrated to Canada & was immediately seized for the group as a bassist and talented vocalist. Will Millar left the group in 1995 & Jim Ferguson died in 1997. The Rovers now consist of six members including the original founder & his cousin.

A female British agent Aureille is sent to Ireland to investigate the robbery of Bearer Bonds by Rory Baker. Betrayed and set up by a Priest, the agent goes Rogue in Malta, dodging the Baker's ruthless hit men and worse, her own boss Miranda.

A half Mexican, half Irish gunman called The Irish Gringo and his pals come across a little girl wandering in the desert. It turns out her grandfather was murdered by a gang looking for the Lost Dutchman mine, a map of which is drawn on the shirt she is wearing, and now the outlaws are after her.
